Job Description:
As a Pauau Bali General Assistant, you will be a key player in our daily operations and will assist in various administrative and project based tasks. You will closely work with the stakeholder supporting management and contribute to the smooth functioning of the company and all associated departments and partners. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all aspects of the company, its office and all current and future projects run efficiently and our teams are well-supported. Main Responsibilities:

1. Overall Assistance:

2. Administrative Assistance:

Handle research and tasks either individually or in conjunction with others and report results.

3. Project Assistance:
Assist in project management by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and team efforts.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations for projects.
Maintain project documentation and ensure all team members have access to necessary information.

4. Team Assistance:
Act as a point of contact between management and team members, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
Coordinate and schedule team meetings and training sessions.
Assist with onboarding new team members and provide them with the necessary resources.

5. Operational Assistance:
Work with stakeholder and management to improve the operational structure of the company, including infrastructure, systems, and processes.
Develop comprehensive guidelines and protocols for all operations, maintenance procedures, and emergency protocols.
Establish vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for all needed services.
Act as a point of contact between management and team members, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
Coordinate and schedule team meetings and training sessions.
Work with stakeholder and management to setup and development of the property infrastructure ,including systems (protocols, CRM integration) as well as manpower to create a unique and competitive platform linking all departments and resources to enable optimal operational outcome.
Coordinate operational activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

6.General Assistance:
Assist in any and all running or scheduled tasks in liaison with Management and Stake Holder(s) and work with rest of team to achieve results. This can include internal or external affairs either linked to operational matters of the company or as well affairs that are linked to projects and clients. Further across all current (Property, Lifestyle, Business) and future planned departments of the company. You will be assisting the Project Management for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of existing but as well future projects. You will work closely with our project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are correctly assessed, planned, analysed, delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Support stakeholder and senior management with special projects and initiatives as needed.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced sourcing/listing agent to join our team in the vibrant Umalas area.

    Responsibilities and Scope of Work:

    • Mostly out in the field looking for new properties (flexible working hours)
    • Assisting to secure listings by contract
    • Perform online real estate research
    • Maintain and grow a database
    • If need be to assist Management and Sales
    • Coordinate with Pauau Management and Advisory Team.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

    Requirements:

    • WNI/ Indonesian KTP
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
    • 25- 35 years old
    • Own transport/motorbike
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Motivation and no problems approaching people
    • Proven experience as a sourcing/listing agent
    • Knowledge of property and business management principles and practices
    • In-depth knowledge of the Umalas real estate market, including property values, market trends, zoning regulations, and neighborhood dynamics.
    • Ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism in all business dealings, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

    Nice to have:

    • Own Laptop
    • Balinese language will be a plus
    • Born or raised in Umalas area will be a plus
